Fissuring, doubling, vanishing, the metaphors of feminism and the history that carries the ontological drive in search of transcendence are always intertwined and evocative of different forms of intensities. Anomalously, Yours is a poetic experimental short film that meditates upon these intensities via a story of a man, who desires to find a lost woman. The visuals are composed of experimental animation, super-eight footage, still photography and digital images.
Anomalously Yours is a collaborative film project directed by Heather Chen and David Koh, with voiceover by Dasha Filippova and sound design by Jing Yu.
